Volunteering @ CRIS
CRIS provides protective services for seniors. If you are 60 or over
and need help in an abusive situation, or if you need to report a
suspected case of abuse, contact CRIS today.
We understand how complicated taking care of you and your family can be.
SIS can help you navigate life's difficult questions, scenarios, and choices,
all while keeping you at the driver's seat.
Take control over your finances and be financially fit with CRIS.
As a caregiver, your family and friends depend on you for
support. The Caregiver Advisory Program provides information
and support services to help you with your caregiving role.
Meals on Wheels
CRIS is a member of the Meals on Wheels Association of America.
Proper nutrition allows individuals to remain healthy, active, and maintain
their quality of life well into their advanced years.
in Later Life
We offer free confidential assistance to those who find themselves
in an abusive situation. If you are 50 or older and a resident of
Vermilion County, our advocate may be able to help.
CRIS has been providing Nutrition Services for more than 40 years.
We have many different locations throughout Vermilion County
where participantscan receive a hot meal for little or no cost.
Our main goal is to help you remain independent,
in your own home, and keep you out of a nursing home
as long as it is not necessary for you.
Funded by the Illinois Attorney General, CRIS assists victims
of violent crime who are 55 or older. Our goal is to identify and address
the safety, mental, and physical well-being of the victim.
