Adult Protective Services Caseworker/Investigator CRIS

The CRIS Adult Protective Services Caseworker will actively seek and find persons aged 60 and over as well as individuals age 18-59 with a disability in Vermilion County who maybe in need of services, through communication with, family members, physicians, hospital staff, law enforcement, State’s Attorney’s office and the judicial system. The caseworker will be responsible for assessment of potential clients to determine need for services and will provide resources and referrals.

Accounting Analyst – Grants

The Accountant Analyst/Specialist-Grants is responsible for the analysis, preparation, maintenance, internal and external reporting and data integrity of CRIS Healthy Aging financial statements, audits, and contracts as well as other associated financial activities.

Care Coordinator – Community Care Program

With specific direction and routine supervision from the Director of Community Health Systems, the CCU Care Coordinator performs Community Care Program case management services which includes professional assessments of the physical, social and economic needs of individual program applicants and/or clients and determines financial eligibility for these services, as well as, the “Choices for Care” client screenings for possible long term placement and the determination of need and eligibility for client financial management services provided a local community based senior services agency. This position is a professional job that requires the employee to exercise appropriate discretion and judgement in the performance of his/her assigned duties and responsibilities.
